My New Weekly Rhythm Starting in November

Many of you write to me saying you’d love to be as productive as I am — and at the same time find real meaning in your life.
But a lot of people don’t know whether they want more structure or whether they’d rather avoid feeling controlled by routines.

    Do you ever ask yourself:
How can I stop spending every evening on the couch until it’s time for bed?
How can I find a routine that truly fits me?
How can I stay disciplined without losing the joy?
How can I plan my days so they feel light and natural?

My answer is a very personal experiment:
I built my everyday life as if I had just finished school and could now design my own class schedule for university.
Imagine you could create your entire weekly rhythm like a university timetable.

Some subjects are mandatory: sleep, hygiene, meals, household, exercise, friends, family, productivity, and spirituality.
But you decide how often per week and for how many hours you want to take each subject.
And don’t forget the breaks — they’re part of the schedule too.

The result is a plan that’s not made of to-dos, but of quality of life.
It helps me live more consciously, think more clearly, and treat my time with more kindness.

Let my example inspire you and think about how your personal timetable could look — from your wake-up time to your evening ritual.

    💜

    Weekly Routines

    • Tidiness: organize one small corner each week

    • Self-care: one free day per month with no appointments

    • Family & friends: one visit per month (with overnight stay, plan early)

Maybe this is also the right moment for you to create your own timetable — not for school, not for work, but for your life.
Write down what truly matters to you and schedule fixed times for it.
You’ll be surprised how much peace and clarity appear once you stop managing your days and start shaping them consciously.

    I truly believe: structure isn’t a cage — it’s a framework that supports you.
It gives you freedom, because you know what you’re doing and when — leaving space for what really fulfills you.

If you like, give it a try and tell me in the comments which “subjects” are part of your personal timetable.
Maybe we can inspire each other to live a little more mindfully — day by day.
