    December 21 – Winter Solstice

Today we experience the longest night and the shortest day of the year — a moment of stillness, reflection, and quiet new beginnings. With the winter solstice, the light slowly returns. A little more each day. This day reminds us that even in the darkest moments, a gentle beginning is already forming.

    Why this day matters:

🤍 Nature teaches us the rhythm of rest and renewal

💛 Light returns — slowly, but irresistibly

💙 Small rituals bring grounding during winter

💚 Every new beginning starts in silence

    What I am doing today:

I’m enjoying the calm atmosphere of this day, continuing my work in my tiny house, focusing on light, warmth, and small moments of gratitude. And I reflect on how much peace can be found in simple, slow days.

    What you can do today:

Make yourself a warm tea, light a candle, and give yourself a moment just for you. Feel the light that begins to return. And remember: even small steps are a new beginning.
