But careers don’t grow by accident; they grow through clear, deliberate decisions. Changing your job doesn’t start with passion, it starts with clarity. Feelings can pull us in different directions every day, but logical choices lead us to stability, appreciation, and real growth.

Today I’m researching training opportunities, actively looking for jobs where I work fewer than three hours a day — and then I’m returning to my daily three hours of work on the A1 language course I’m developing.

Ask yourself: Would I choose this job again? If the answer is no, take the first step today. Update your CV. Gather facts. Explore your options. Talk to people who are already where you want to be. And remember: You don’t need to “find your passion” — that can stay a hobby. Instead, look for a workplace where you feel safe, valued, and genuinely needed.
