Thank you for being here and for your interest in my live sessions.
Before we look at the individual months, I would like to briefly explain how my lives are structured and what kind of content you can expect.
Each live session always consists of three fixed parts.
Part 1 is the welcome and a shared look at the current week.
Part 2 is the reading of a Mediabook.
Part 3 is open for questions, exchange, and quiet coworking.
The live sessions usually take place from 7:30 pm to 8:00 pm.
If no one is live in the room, the session ends earlier after the Mediabook reading.
The links to the password-protected monthly live articles will be published here a few days before the start of each month.
If you are a Patreon subscriber, you will automatically receive your password and the link to the new monthly article via personal messages.
If you purchase a single month in the shop, you will find your access details in the download section of your customer account.
Each live month always includes exactly 30 live sessions.
The lives run continuously from day to day, independent of the calendar month.
This means that a new month starts on the next free day, even if it is still part of the previous calendar month, and continues until all 30 lives are completed.
As a result, a few days without lives remain at the end of the year by design – this is not a mistake, but part of the system.

The 4Lnow topic areas in the live sessions always rotate in a fixed A → B → C → D rhythm.
Because each month consists of 30 live sessions, the starting area automatically shifts from month to month.
So that you can easily see which area is scheduled when, here is the overview for the year:
