You have the right to withdraw from this purchase contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Ramona Rieger, Rottbergstr. 3, 84364 Bad Birnbach, Germany, email: mona.tanja.rieger@gmail.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g. by letter or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you for all payments we have received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day we received your notification. The same payment method you used in the original transaction will be applied.

Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if we have begun to perform the contract after you have
a) expressly agreed that we start fulfilling the contract (providing digital content) before the withdrawal period has expired, and
b) confirmed that you are aware that you lose your right of withdrawal by giving this consent.

This applies in particular to digital products such as downloads, e-books, mediabooks, or online courses.
