December 5 – International Volunteer Day

🤝 Today we celebrate all the people who give their time, energy, and heart to help others. Volunteering means community, responsibility, and humanity — often invisible, yet priceless.

    Why this day matters:

💛 Volunteers hold our communities together

💙 They bring hope, support, and connection

💜 Small acts can create big change

🧡 Their commitment inspires all of us

    What I am doing today:

I am reading stories about volunteers and reflecting on how much strength lies in acts of service. And I am asking myself where I can offer more time, kindness, or support in my own everyday life.

    What you can do today:

Say thank you to someone who volunteers. Support a local initiative, share helpful information, or simply help someone in your environment. Every gesture counts — big or small.
